Hello

I'm Bernie Rose Blossom, my creative practice consists of any outage which visually communicates what matters to me, it matters so much that I need to tell you. My work is colourful, bold, honest, and emotional but never blunt, just like myself. It serves as a vehicle for me to explain the complex range of feelings I experience while I transition and to represent myself along with other transgender persons in this hostile world. Because my work is a constant reflection of who I am, there is a lot of transparency between me and my audience. My current fascination is curating books of collage about the transfeminine experience, they allow me to delve into many aspects in a more tangible, immersive and narrative driven way.
